• Identity & contact data — your name and email address, provided when you subscribe, opt in for a free resource, or buy the course.

• Payment data — processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not see or store your full card details.

• Marketing data — your preferences for receiving marketing from us.

2. How we use your information, and our legal basis

• To deliver the course, your account, and the free resources you request — performance of a contract.

• To process payments, including instalment plans — performance of a contract.

• To send you the free planner and related emails — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

• To measure and improve our advertising, including via the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API — your consent, given through our cookie banner.

• To operate, secure, and improve our website — our legitimate interests.

• To comply with legal and tax obligations — legal obligation.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and to measure our advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which help us understand which adverts lead to sign-ups and purchases, and to show relevant adverts on Facebook and Instagram.
