Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

We want you to feel confident buying from MoneyConfidence™. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. It applies to purchases from Stork Market Ltd, and covers both the MoneyConfidence™ course and our 1:1 coaching sessions — which have different refund terms, set out below.

1. The course — our 7-day refund window

You may request a full refund of the course within 7 days of your purchase date. If you decide within those 7 days that the course isn't right for you, contact us and we'll refund the amount you've paid.

2. How to request a course refund

Email info@moneyconfidence.online from the address you used to enrol, within the 7-day window, with the subject line "Refund request" and your order details. We'll confirm and process your refund to your original payment method.

3. Instalment plans

If you chose the two-instalment option and request a refund within the 7-day window, we'll refund the instalment(s) you've paid so far and cancel any future scheduled payments. After the 7-day window, remaining scheduled instalments stay due unless required otherwise by law.

4. After the 7-day window

After 7 days from purchase, the course is non-refundable, except where you have rights under applicable consumer law (see clause 7).

5. 1:1 coaching sessions

1:1 coaching sessions follow their own terms, separate from the course refund window above. You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session, and missed sessions ("no-shows"), are non-refundable. If we need to reschedule a session, we will offer you an alternative time or a full refund, at your choice. These terms mirror the 1:1 coaching session terms in our Terms & Conditions.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). It can take several business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or reduces any rights you have under the law where you live. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain purchases of digital content within 14 days — though this right can end once you have been given immediate access to the content and have agreed to that. Where statutory rights apply, they sit alongside the goodwill 7-day window described above.
