MoneyConfidence™ course and 1:1 coaching sessions

These terms govern your purchase and use of the MoneyConfidence™ course, related materials, and our 1:1 coaching sessions, provided by Stork Market Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or accessing the course or a 1:1 coaching session, you agree to these terms.

1. The course

MoneyConfidence™ is a digital online course comprising video modules, guided meditations, group calls, and community access. It is delivered electronically through your Systeme.io account. We may update or improve the content from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use the course or a 1:1 coaching session.

3. Pricing and payment (course)

The course is offered at $599 paid in full, or as two instalments of $303 charged 28 days apart. By choosing the instalment option you authorise us to collect each scheduled payment automatically. All prices are in US Dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes where shown. Access is granted once your first payment is successfully processed.

4. 1:1 coaching sessions

In addition to the course, we offer private one-to-one coaching sessions ("1:1 Sessions"), sold separately at the price shown at checkout.

A 1:1 Session is a single private appointment of the duration stated at the time of booking, delivered online via video call. Once payment is processed, you will be able to book your session time using the scheduling tool provided, and you will receive confirmation and joining details by email.

Cancellation and rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session, and missed sessions ("no-shows"), are non-refundable. If we need to reschedule a session, we will offer you an alternative time or a full refund, at your choice.

The "Education, not financial advice" and "No guarantee of results" sections below (clauses 7 and 8) apply equally to 1:1 Sessions.

5. Access and delivery

After payment, your login and access details are sent to the email address you provide. Access is for your personal use only and is granted for the duration described at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, materials, and downloads are owned by Stork Market Ltd and protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access them for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, record, or redistribute any part of the course or any 1:1 Session.

7. Important — this is education, not financial advice

MoneyConfidence™ and any 1:1 Session are for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute personalised financial, investment, tax, debt, or legal advice, and we are not acting as your financial adviser. You should seek advice from a suitably qualified, regulated professional before making decisions about your specific circumstances. You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

8. No guarantee of results

Any examples, case studies, or testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Outcomes depend on many factors personal to you, including your circumstances and the effort you apply. We make no guarantee regarding debt reduction, savings, income, or any specific financial outcome. This applies equally to the course and to 1:1 Sessions.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the course, 1:1 Sessions, or community, share your access with others, or behave abusively toward staff or other members. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms without refund.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any financial loss arising from decisions you make based on the course or a 1:1 Session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes and contact

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
